Abstract: The front desk  not only has the reception function, moreover has the sales function, it is also the service center, the front desk is called the hotels "brain" and "the central nervous system", is the entirety works to hotel to have direct effect. Administration is very necessary therefore, reinforcing the efficiency that the front desk  serves , basis expounding  reinforcing the front desk serving the importance that efficiency manages in system is listed in the main body of a book, suggestion having suggested that a series of rise front desk  serves efficiency.
